Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item is returned in the same condition it was delivered

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

 


 


Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

 


 

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
